"Horrible company! Maria does not know what she's doing. I had a business liability policy and State Farm dropped me. Then 3 months later I got a letter saying they were going to reinstate my policy. I emailed the letter to Merrie's office and told them I did want to get that policy reinstated but I should not have to pay for the 3 months that I didn't have coverage. State farm wanted to pretend like I had coverage, but because I couldn't produce a COI for those 3 months, naturally I did not have coverage, therefore I'm not paying. They said they would look into it for me. Then every month the bill did not make sense and I kept asking them to figure out what it was for. Garine and Maria would tell me they'd call me back after they found out but never did. For the entire rest of the year I kept calling and emailing them asking them to sort this all out because I was being overcharged. Then State Farm sent me a letter dropping me again even though I had no claims! So Maria's solution was simply for me to stop paying my bill. She assured me it would be fine. But that couldn't be farther from the truth! Now State Farm is sending me to collections because of Maria's mistake!!! I even tried to call directly into State Farm but they said I had to go through my agent so there was nothing else I could do This team is the worst! Now. My credit is going to be ruined because of Maria and Garine never taking the time to get this sorted out in the last year and a half Even though I made numerous attempts begging them for their help"
